A new ad campaign features Super heroines doing breast examinations. The premise is this:
Nobody’s immune to breast cancer.
When we talk about breast cancer, there’s no women or superwomen. Everybody has to do the self-examination monthly. Fight with us against the enemy and, when in doubt, talk with your doctor.

Day #30: Your favorite Marvel Event
Death of Xavier by Legion
Had to clarify which death of Xavier. Only in comics do you have to specify which death. Well Legion was Xavier’s bat-shit crazy son. In an attempt to rid the world of Magneto, he travels back in time. But instead of killing Magneto he kills Xavier (also inadvertently ceasing his creation, smooth move x-lax). This immediately starts the alternate reality of Age of Apocalypse.
Day #29: Your favorite series you would suggest to read
House of M
This changed everything… no literally changed everything. It started with Scarlet Witch altering the entire Marvel Universe so that Magneto was in charge. Then through the manipulation of her brother she made it so that 90% of the mutants lost their power. This event has had everlasting effects on the Marvel Universe since.
Day #28: Your favorite comic time period
Early to Mid 90’s
So much of my comic book collecting comes from this time but also started in this time. I used to spend whatever money i obtained on comics. This is the particular issue by Joe Mad that inspired me to want to draw comics. X-Men #325.
Day #27: Your favorite non-human race
Mutants
Since mutants dominate this list it kind of shows I really like the concept of being born with special powers. I also relate to the whole outcast thing.

AOA Sunfire
His costume is pretty much the only reason he was chosen.

X-Men The Arcade Game
Oh yes many of quarters were lost to this game in my youth… many of quarters.
Day #24: Your favorite cartoon adaptation
X-Men The Animated Series
This was a staple of my childhood, I would rush home everyday just to make sure I caught each and every episode.
Day #23: The best form of transportation
BAMF!
It doesn’t get any better than Nightcrawler’s signature transportation… but also that it comes with the sound effect of BAMF! makes it the winner.
